In setting up our No-Cost Consultation (NCC), sometimes people are unsure on what is going to happen for it. So you can expect to sit down with one of our coaches for 10-15 minutes going over your history with working out and injuries. After that we will take you through an assessment of the 9 Foundational CrossFit movements, so please dress accordingly. From there we will determine what will be the best course of action for starting your CrossFit journey. Our 3 paths are, Foundations I, Foundations II, or going directly into regular class. We will discuss this more in depth during your NCC.
After completing your No-Cost Consultation, it may be recommended to complete one of our Foundations Programs before safely entering our regular classes. We have either a 3 class or 6 class option, which will break down the 9 Foundational Movements of CrossFit as well as other movements that you can expect to see in classes. Your safety is our primary concern and we want to ensure that form takes precedent when beginning your CrossFit journey with us!
