Constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity. CrossFit is designed for everyone. It is scalable in all aspects making it the perfect fitness regime for any committed individual regardless of experience. All of our CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, the core movements of life.
This 3 week program is designed with the beginner in mind. We will break down all of the movements that you will need to do CrossFit workouts, so that you feel comfortable jumping into class and continuing the journey. We begin the On Ramp program during the second week of each month. Classes take place on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7:30 pm.
Coach John Blessington will break down the Olympic Lifts and help you improve your technique and speed. Classes are Monday and Wednesday at 3:00-4:30 pm. Email [email protected] for more information.
CrossFit Kids is a method for teaching CrossFit to children ages 3-18. Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity, CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. We’re excited to start the program soon!
