Warm-up

Spend 15 minutes after general warm up to go over ground to overhead with barbell (i.e. HPC & PJ) and time to warm up to wod weight. Also, hit those hollow and arch positions and some get some kip swing work in.

Metcon (Time)

3 rounds of:

5 muscle-ups (ring or bar)

9 hang power cleans

7 push jerks

50 double-unders
