KB half swing, 1 min DU
push ups, 1 min DU
sit ups, 1 min DU
in place lunges, 1 min DU
(Score is lowest # of reps for each exercise + DUs each round)
Complete each Tabata (8 rounds) then do the 1 minute of double unders then move right into the next Tabata, no rest in between.
