Metcon (20 Rounds for weight)

EMOM 22 minutes:

3 reps of overhead squats

3 reps of front squats

3 reps of back squats

start with OHS and add 5 or 10 pounds each new minute until you can’t complete then switch to FS until you can’t complete then finish with BS. Keep adding weight each new minute for the entire 20 minutes.
