100 Double Unders then 10 rounds of 10 each:

Hand Stand Push Ups and pistols

then 100 DU / Rx+

100 Double Unders then 10 rds of 5 ea:

HSPU, pistols

then 100 DU / Rx

200 Single Unders then 10 rds 10 ea:

PP 35/45, Air Squats

then 200 SU / Scaled
IRCF 12-31-18, slight change, 100 DU’s for Rx+ & Rx. The rest is the same.
