Metcon (Time)

Complete 3 rounds of 2 minute intervals:

1) Monostructural: Rowing, Jump Rope (Single/DUs), Assault Bike

2) Mobility: Banded Stretches, Pigeon Stretch/Couch Stretch

3) Weightlifting: Front Squats, Thrusters, Squat Cleans

4) Mobility: Foam Roller Work

5) Gymnastics: Hand Stand Holds, L Sits, Ring Rows

6) Mobility: Banded Stretches, Pigeon Stretch/Couch Stretch

You can choose any movement from each category. Mix it up. Work for two minutes and then rotate. Stay in Order.
