Shoulder Press + PVC shoulder press (65-75% of known 1RM)
EMOM for 12 minutes complete 3 shoulder press and then shoulder press with PVC until 45 seconds.
3-2-1-go complete 3 SP, do not complete as fast as you can. Set weight down then pick up PVC and continue SP with PVC hitting all points of performance until 45 second mark then rest for 15 seconds.
