Metcon (No Measure)

Teams of 2 (1 boy & 1 girl)

Sled push a total of 10,000 lbs 100 meters,

(50 down and back)

Alternate between athletes (1 @ a time)

Any weight combo needed (just need to hit 10,000 lbs)

Rest as needed and share sleds as needed
