This is intended to be light and fast.
Choose a weight so that your thrusters are fluid and fast until – possibly – the last few reps.
Resting the weight on the ground constitutes a scaling of this workout.
Following the CrossFit Games metcon standard, the thruster begins at the bottom of a front squat and ends with the weight overhead in a standing position (full hip and knee extension and full arm lockout). The time ends when the final thruster has been pressed overhead in this manner.
Thus, you may “cluster” the first – and only the first – thruster in this metcon (initiate with squat clean rather than starting in the standing front rack).
